Still wondering when the step in CEO will ever make a comment/ post  on this total app blunder that Sonos has created. So many still having issues according to the posts I read..here and in the FB Sonos groups.

„So many“ is quite subjective. And just speaking for myself I think there are not so many users left who are still running in issues caused by the app or firmware. 
But as said… that’s individual point of view. 
 

Regarding the new CEO I prefer he’s doing a good job and concentrating on that instead of talking about what other people made wrong in the past.

Yes, from time to time I read the comments there, but to be honest I don’t really like fb, because imho there are so much just emotional posts without detailed technical information. People there often are upset, seems they just like to blame Sonos for everything and don’t want help at all. 
And as already said… compared to the number of all Sonos users I‘m pretty sure they are not as many as you might think. 


It appears like there are loads of people having issues - but people don’t go into chat forums or socials to say how well things are working for them, only those with issues, so it’s hugely weighted towards catastrophe. 


 there’s nothing the CEO can say that’s gonna not just be throwing gasoline on the fire and will just serve to remind us how much they suck at fixing this and generate a slew of negative press.
