So spent thousands of dollars on sonos equipment and selling it to hundreds of customers and now it’s worthless.  Thinking about moving to Wiim now.

This is absolutely the stupidest move Sonos could have ever made.  Release a BETA app and expect their userbase to test and report on it?  What the F?

Go back to the old app - everything worked great!  I have thousands of tracks on a local music library that I can no longer access because this stupid worthless app doesn’t have any library functionality.  I also have many customers who have invested in NAS drives and paid thousands to send out and rip their CD collections only to not be able to access or use them now.

Our church is using a local music library for their youth group and we can no longer play the tracks through sonos now thanks to this POS app.

I really DON’T CARE that the feature will be out in June or whenever the planned roadmap is… if the software isn’t ready don’t roll the f’ing thing out!  What are you thinking?

I hope you hear me and I wasn’t unclear.  SONOS FIX THIS!  GO BACK TO THE OLD APP!

I’m with the guy that mentioned a class action suit.. this is so ridiculous I can’t believe you would pull such a stupid stunt.

I don’t think Sonos care.  They have our money.  We’re no longer their target market or potential revenue stream.  They have figuratively told us to literally F off.

Reputation means everything in business.  This is the second time they’ve majorly screwed their customers.. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.  I don’t think people will stick around for a third time.

We need to start a “ROLL BACK THE APP” campaign until someone at Sonos wises up.  Everyone post a topic with only “ROLL BACK THE APP” !!
