new to Sonos. i could not be less impressed

Just got a port and began the setup process. I created a profile and verified my email. After the initial setup and before I’ve been able to do ANYTHING, there is a forced update. This kicks me to the site to log in and I get the error that I need to log off and let the “system owner” log in to do the update. I’m dead in the water.

 

needless to say, this expensive brick is getting returned. I’m glad that it only took one component to learn that the Sonos ecosystem is complete garbage. Judging by the recent posts, mine is FAR from an isolated experience.
