You have taken a beautiful, intuitive, FUNCTIONAL App, and turned it into a clunky, difficult-to-navigate, NON-FUNCTIONAL App. Why in the (&75k would you do such a STUPID thing???!!!! I HATE using my SONOS system now. I LOVED it for years. Fix this damned App, or convert us all back to the former App. At least it worked!!!

There are dozens more. Bottom line is, Sonos screwed up this app by leaving out some pretty important stuff. But subjective complaints about it being “clunky” or “difficult to use” have been said about every app overhaul going back 2 decades. That will fade with familiarity just like every time in the past, and the next overhaul we will all be calling this one “elegant and intuitive”.
