New Sonos app is clunky and not very intuitive.  Horrible interface.

    If you try to contact SONOS directly (Santa Barbara) you will be given a one hour wait time to ask about/complain about the “New” app.  Their AI voice will tell you how proud they are of the new interface and how they are working to fine tune it.
