As a long time user my experience continues to get worse with every “improvement”.  So frustrating!

since you forced me to spend thousands to replace my original system, your apps continue to be less intuitive and harder to use every update.  Maybe try it as a beta test with long time users before crushing us with rebuilding everything we finally got working with the last version.

please become a user friendly company!  I love the product but hate the hours wasted and money wasted on every change you make.
