I don’t even know where to begin. The new app is so frustrating so clunky so difficult to use. I have to sit down for 15 minutes to play anything and then my groups are all screwed up. Everything is screwed up and now it’s skipping songs like I’m playing by Bluetooth. It’s like I’m not even streaming anymore.

The new app has been clunky since the forced update. No sleep timer !!! Why role this out with no sleep timer. Loyal and long term sonos customers but the new app is making if very difficult to enjoy our music. It is also not easy to navigate like before. Please fix it asap!

At the top of the app, it says Sonos’s favorites. I click them. It takes me to another page that plays nothing. What a waste. Really dumb. SOOOOOO hard to navigate
