Why oh why do companies install a completely new app when clearly it’s not been tested it’s not fit for purpose.
That same old adage comes up again if it’s not broke don’t try and fix it.

Every day more users report problems with the new App but sadly Sonos are determined to fail forward with this.
This is all about money and getting the long awaited headphones delivered.

Therefore, it stands to reason that entering new product categories is a big deal. In theory, it introduces more consumers to the brand who will then buy more products in time.
It seems that they are willing to risk the loyal customers for the sake of new ones.
There are a lot of people here who have a lot more than the average 3 speakers yet it seems we do not matter anymore.
