Brilliant! A triumph of unnecessary software coding to update a perfectly useable platform. No access to music library, a bewildering and frankly unhelpful GUI ( graphic user interface) on the home page and a waste of time and effort on behalf of Sonos themselves.

judging by the response the fix should be swift and complete. Don’t launch a half finished update and claim it’s the cure all!! You’ve ruined a perfectly good front end programme for what?

I have six of your products, which are now not able to play my iTunes music library, the only reason I bought your product….

The app does not work, as simple as that. My app now says "no product found" and "no connection" . 

It just doesn't work, plain and simple!
