New App is so laggy.. cannot add songs to a queue- sound adjustment is just so bad - big delay - why change the app - I have not updated my app on my other system because of all the issues - have also lost a SoundCloud playlist altogether- keep getting an error message when trying to connect to it  - needs sorting it sooner rather than later!

100% agree. Can no longer add songs to the queue (a basic day one requirement!) and can no longer balance my paired speakers. 
So annoyed with Sonos right now - how can they release this new app and then not even be available at the weekend to address customer questions (surely most customers will be using their systems at the weekend!).

One Would hope they fire the chief of development and put one of us in charge,  or at least give to us to bug test.  The lay out is so aweful.  I would never sell this in the future.

I spoke with customer services as the issues continue - waste of time! while they acknowledge there is an issue  there is no time frame as to when they will solve the problems - all I got was ‘corporate speak’ and very little compasion. Very poor service from a respected brand like Sonos

Is it just me or has the touch screen accuracy changed? I i have a hard time adjusting volume quickly with new app?
