network connection speed insufficient to maintain playback buffer

Just had this message coming up and playback stops and then starts again with the next track …

fault traced to mice damage having partially bitten through Ethernet cable between Sonos Boost and Linksys router. Removed cable so just using WiFi and problem solved.

Probably good to remove the Boost anyway as it uses really old Wi-Fi technology, your newer Sonos can use newer standards if your router provides them.
