I have lost all my playlists after downloading the new Sonos app. I am absolutely mortified do Sonos realise they will not have a business if they do not resolve this enormous issue.
They also need to build back in the ability to create a playlist and add and subtract to a playlist otherwise I will get rid of Sonos altogether. Is anyone organising a petition?
