Music Library search not working IOS

When I try to search for something in the Music Library an error is generated. The Music Library is being treated like an inactive service. This is on the IOS app 80.09.09.

Update: Swiped out the app and re opened. Now a Music Library search works correctly. Should not have to do this, but at least it works now.
