Congratulations on all the progress made to resolve the issues associated with the new app. As you now can look forward, thought this might be a good time to offer a couple of suggestions for enhancing the system. 1.) Can you look at increasing the capacity of what can be housed in a Music Library, such as I Tunes? I don’t believe it has been increased from inception (?) and I would think customer libraries have grown over the years. 2.) The ability of the Amazon Music service to display all the library information remains incomplete. There is a work around, but it would be welcome if Amazon could partner with you to look at this and apply a more lasting fix now that the your app issues are mostly addressed and Amazon is out of its Holiday crush. Thanks for your consideration.
Hello
Thank you for the kind words and feedback, it is much appreciated.

If I understood correctly, this would be up to Amazon Music, since they are responsible of what features are available and how Amazon Music is displayed within the Sonos App.

I’ve marked this thread as a feature request and forwarded it to the appropriate teams for consideration. Let me know, if you’d like, with a bit more information on the 2) feature request for better understanding.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for your reply. Further clarification on the Amazon Music issue. It impacts users with medium to large libraries of music in their Amazon Music Library. If you attempt to scroll through your Amazon Music Library in Sonos (“My Music” subdirectory), let’s say by Artist - you will only be able to scroll through part of the alphabet, you will not be bale to scroll through your entire library. if you access the Sonos application on your PC, even less data appears. The library is there, it just does not list for scrolling. In preparing this response, I also note there may also be a capacity improvement opportunity here as well.
Yes, I understand you do not have full control to address this, Amazon must work with you. They did address once before, but whatever they did was not sufficient and issue has come back. Hopefully they will be open to partnering with you to improve the experience.
