Why does my system always drop out? This is very frustrating and I can't get a real person on a call.

As we are mostly just other Sonos users you have to tell us a lot more about your system if you expect us to be much help.

A phone call to Sonos is usually the best way to get official support, the support page for your cou try will have all the available options.

 

In the meantime click the support link at the top of the page and search on wifi for some proven suggestions.
