So I received an email today - “The price is right” - offering two Era 100s for $298, down from their regular price of $498. (See screenshot below).
The price is actually very WRONG. If you click the Shop Now button you find out:
The sale price is actually $378 (!) down from the regularly price of $398 (!!)
What on earth is happening over there? Did the re-org put the App team in marketing?

What did SonosSupport say, when you called them about it?
I mean I’m very sus about adding to my system at the moment, given all that’s going on. (I also bought the two Ace headphone package during the week where the website copy said two people could listen to the same show at the same time via the Arc -- so feeling a little burned).
Have loved this brand for 10+ years, but really having a hard time these days.
April fools… :/

We are thinking that these might be targeted emails - were you logged into your Sonos account on the Sonos website when you saw the $378/$398 prices? If not, please try logging in to your account and revisiting the page.

I get the same fictitious (and therefore irritating) marketing emails: A price listed in the email is not available when ‘shop now’.
I would hope a company such as Sonos would have more integrity and send truthful emails.
Makes we want to dis this entire product line.

I received similar email, different product and price. The advertised price does not show when I log into my account.
Same here in Canada. Ray at $139, Era 100 at $195... Hit the shop now button decided to make the purchase but... nope... Price is $259 for the Era 100.
Logged in, not logged in, right after receiving the email, again at different times along the day... never got the email price...
If it's your idea of an April fools prank, that's a bad one...

Odd, when I click on the link from the Sonos employee above, I get a page with phone numbers for the UK and Ireland, not an email address.
