I am running OS 10.15.7 and Sonos version 12.1.
My mange menu is all greyed out.
I have had nothing but problems with this system for over a year! Sonos just refuses to work with Mac!
You will have fewer problems if you update the system software and the controller to be on tbe same, latest version.
