Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Rebooting your router/network
Rebooting your phone.
Yes. I've tried these steps many times.
I've also tried powering down each speaker and tried adding each speaker again individually to my network.
Still the same issue. ?

What about hardwiring a main speaker to your router/network?
Router powered down. All speakers then powered down. Router reset then each speaker switched on and reconnected. This separated the groups that I couldn't separate before but now creating other groups is not available and serious lag when connecting to Spotify and beginning a playlist ?

Have you tried deleting the SONOS App from your phone and reinstalling it?
If you have problems with Spotify, it can also help to delete it from the SONOS App and then add it again.
(Does the SONOS App do the same on your PC/Mac?)
In addition, I can recommend resevering the IP for all your SONOS speakers in your router and preferably on a 5Ghz network if possible.
I almost never use the SONOS App anymore since I got the Arc Ultra, I mainly use AirPlay from my music App, works perfectly.
Everything is updated to the latest version, both the App and the speakers.
SONOS App: 80.16.32
Speakers: 83.1-61210 (However, it says the latest version is 83.1-61130
)
I’m using now Roon with the Sonos speakers and it works so well. Not using anymore the Sonos app
