The app doesn’t seem broken on my system. What issues are you running in to? Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
My playbar is no longer recognized as default to my tv. Instead, it defaults to my Move in another room. The speaker selection does not turn off different components in my system when unselected. Also, randomly will switch the speaker selection I am currently using. All started with the latest update… Sorry, this post is more of a vent than anything. My troubleshooting skills are pretty good. Hopefully I can fix it through the typical system resets.
Huh, that sounds difficult, but it still sounds like a local issue to me, rather than a Sonos programming issue. If you’re interested in troubleshooting suggestion, let us know, otherwise I will just let you vent.
