Just finished the 14.20.1 update and all is good . Shows in my system 14.20.1. However, banner comes up at top saying another update is needed.. would this be the app?

If you have auto-updates disabled, a System can ‘sometimes’ require an update for the software and another for the device firmware. If a product rejects, or does not not get, the firmware first time around, then you may need to run the update again.
Rinse/Repeat until all device updates are complete.
If you want to double-check things, then manually run ‘check for updates’ in the App settings and if all is complete, you will see a screen saying:
No update required
Your Sonos system is up to date.
