Hi There:

i can say well done. you find the way for marketing that if i have a sonos i have to have sonos again to improve my system. it ok… but my advise.. you guys stop messing around with app, S1 S2, sub 4 can not be paired with play5 gen 2 or playbar(i got my playbar from next to commercial bin, they bin it coz drivers ring rotten, i fix it cost me £5 and my time. i enjoyed to fix)

Honestly, in amplifier the technology that you use, clear and smooth the sound(better than BOSE)

My opinion…..Have you ever realize Your Main competitor Bose sounds between %6-%12 louder than sonos without distortion(on similar product). What action ll take about it?

it was on deal lately i purchase my sub gen 3(because gen 4 can not pair with my system). i was dissapointed, but i ll not return it back. At least good looking peace of wood, i ll use it as my coffee table next to my armchair.(to whom can fell that sentences deeply)

i clap my hand for play 5(well done) deeper base than your subs(of course less louder than sub). your subs… dont know why even hits 20hz sounds like not belong the play 5 sounds like how can i explain, fake and fell like not belong the sonos system.

Anyway, i have a lot to say or advise to whom seeking for it.(blueotooth connection dts, ac3 decoding etc...) if you, interested in my opinions. i ll not charge you for that, its my hobby, i enjoy to discus and share my opinions to others about sound. Sonos automatically mails me discounts updates etc. i dont look them. If you feel like you need my ear just call me(number below) Ps… pls on the phone dont sound,  talk like advertisement guys, normally i hang up

One more thing, you are a big company. You may not bordered with an opinion, feedback from someone like me. If that's  what you are, i give sonos 10 years. First 5 year profit, next 5 year busy with sinking down.

There are a few things I do not agree with in your post:

While Sonos supports its speakers longer than most manufacturers, I believe they did make a mistake by continuing to support the some of the older equipment on the S2 platform. Now users want compatibility with older and newer products across the board. Completely separating products better suited for the S1 app and the S2 app should have been implemented with the introduction of the S2 app. Just my opinion, but I believe it would have solved many issues and maybe even boosted sales…

My opinion…..Have you ever realize Your Main competitor Bose sounds between %6-%12 louder than sonos without distortion(on similar product). What action ll take about it?

When you are needeng to have more volume than a soundbar can provide (except the Nakamichi Dragon) you need to move up to an AVR with wired speakers.

it was on deal lately i purchase my sub gen 3(because gen 4 can not pair with my system). i was dissapointed, but i ll not return it back.

😂😂😂  Makes me laugh every time someone predicts Sonos will fail in the next 5 or 10 years.

If you hate Sonos that much, why are you still purchasing new products?

Why are you repairing old products to use in your home?

Many users, new and old, are still buying new products from Sonos. I will continue to support Sonos by purchasing new speakers for a second home.

If you feel that strongly about Sonos not being up to snuff, you should find a brand that is.. like Bose.

I also laugh at someone giving “Sonos 10 years” when it has already been in business 20.  One should do the research before launching their scathing critique.

It also amazing me how people come up with percentages of difference. Must have some very sophisticated measurement equipment.

If ‘i’ had capital, I would be a pronoun.
