I urge you to reconsider the recent update to the Sonos app and evaluate the possibility of reverting to the previous version. The new version has failed to meet user expectations and appears to have been developed without adequate consideration for customer needs. The added functionalities do not offer significant added value and have generated widespread negative feedback. This direction could cost you the loyalty of valuable customers and damage the reputation you have worked hard to build. I am willing to give you another chance to rectify this situation. However, if timely changes are not made, we as users will find ourselves obliged to discourage the use of your products.
