I have the Sonance - MAG5.1R - Mag Series 5.1-Ch. 6 1/2" In-Ceiling Surround Sound Speaker System

You are not on the Sonance site. This is Sonos’ site, and although Sonance makes some speakers for use with Sonos, the MAG 5.1 isn’t one of them. You need to go here instead:
