The new app is horrible. I wish I hadn’t had auto update turned on and could still use the old app. Anyone know how to revert back to the previous app?
I uninstalled sonos and reinstalled the old version AND turned off auto-updates, but somehow sonos pushed through the update again today. I am leaving Sonos even though I love the speaker. The new update is a huge step backward and basically is making the system unfunctional.
I’m trusting that they will fix this quickly. I love my SONOS system, but as you stated, huge backwards step they took is making the system unfunctional. They responded to a message I sent them and assured me that they are working on fixing this.
My opinion, they should let all go back to the old app, work on a new one that will move forward, not backwards. Keep all the great functionality and ad some new stuff...Blows my mind how a ‘techy’ company would make this failure and not fix it right away or never release it at all...
