How do I change my username?

I am wondering how can I change my username, I’ve went through “my profile” and there is no option for username change.

And the reason is that they don't want someone being a jerk, and then changing their user name so that they avoid the backlash, I suspect. Would be a useful thing for trolls. One of those things that makes life slightly harder for the rest of us, but with an ultimate benefit.
