how bad this new app is.

Not much of a question but comment. You guys really dropped the ball on this app, it’s terrible. I use Sonos because of how easy it was, now I wanna rip it out of my house and gym. The music is a huge part of my work (I own a gym), I can not believe how terrible this is, it is not only frustrating, it is making it hard to train people and wondering when the music is gonna shut off or skip. Stop making stupid changes, stop trying to make things better when it is fine, this is terrible, put it back to where it is user friendly and easy!

I totally agree. This forced update to a non-functional app was a huge mistake on the part of the Sonos dev team. SUPER amature.  Nothing works on Android or iPhone apps.
