Are you saying that when friends look at their list of Bluetooth devices your Sonos Bluetooth capable speakers do not show?
Try forgetting the Sonos speaker from your Bluetooth list or turn your Bluetooth off.
Most Bluetooth devices allow only one connection at a time. As @MoPac points out, if you are connected to your Sonos via Bluetooth, your friend can’t be.
