Done with Sonos

I think I’m finally done with Sonos. My Play Five (2nd generation) hasn’t worked well since I got it. But now it is a brick and I’ve spent many hours independently and on with Sonos just trying to get it to connect to the app. I’m not looking for suggestions, I’ve tried everything -- I’m just looking to vent with other frustrated former or soon to be former Sonos owners. I deeply regret all the money I spent.

Your user profile lists a FIVE, PLAY:1, and a ONE. Is the PLAY:5 you are discussing a new purchase? This would likely be a used unit because PLAY:5’s have been discontinued for a while.

You have FIVE and it’s never worked properly and now it’s a brick? You do know that “brick” means it doesn’t work at all. Just what did Sonos Support have to say?
