Some products are better priced at Amazon than at sonos website/ Best Buy etc so I want to know would sonos cover the warranty if purchased from Amazon? 

Officially, the Sonos Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every Sonos product for one (1)* year from the date of shipment from Sonos or the date of the original retail purchase from an Authorised Sonos Dealer.

However, there are countless comments where Sonos Support have extended help well outside these timeframes and I don’t personally believe it makes any difference where you purchase the product from. 

*(2) year warranty provided in certain regions.


Hi there. I contacted Sonos about 4 weeks ago, regarding an item I had bought from elsewhere,  and they said there is a 2 year warranty on all Sonos goods, wherever you bought them from. Hope this helps.
