Developer account registration

I have the exact same issue as bthaler from a year ago.

I created a developer account on 24 October 2025, and the developer dashboard still says “Your registration is being analyzed by our team, please wait.”. There are no other options on the page. It has remained this way since I registered. I created a developer support ticket on 26 October, but there has been no acknowledgement or reply to my ticket and there has still been no reply or acknowledgement of the ticket.

Does anyone monitor or reply to developer support tickets? How long am I expected to wait for my registration to be “analyzed”? My company has many clients we’d like to integrate with Sonos but I don’t seem to be able to proceed with anything yet.

It’s 2 months to get approval to get on to the Sonos app which is longer than any other intgeration that we’ve had to do. Now we have to wait even longer?
