Delivery of Arc Ultra to Portugal

I ordered a black Arc Ultra from one of your suppliers in Portugal in November last year and I'm still waiting. Supplier blames lack of deliveries to Portugal. They have white but not black. What's the problem?

Note:  This is primarily a user based site, for Sonos users to help other users.  Though Sonos has moderators here, they aren’t sales associates, and may not be able to help with your order status.  You are better off contacting Sonos’ sales department and/or the supplier directly.

Thanks for prompt response. It was mainly to get an idea if more people have experienced a very lengthy delivery time of the Arc Ultra and if Portugal is left out of deliveries.
