I’ve owned Sonos since 2016.

I have: 5 Play 1s, 2 Sonos 1s, a Play 3, the Beam, the Sub, the Move, the Connect, and the Boost

Everything worked well until the last few months, and now the system works so infrequently it’s not even worth trying!

The app CONSTANTLY cannot connect, and I have gone through EVERY troubleshooting option (including buying the boost to give it a dedicated channel).

The Move is always in Sleep Mode and never wakes up - I can only use it as a Bluetooth speaker.

I can unplug and reset everything, and it will work for a day or two.

Wi-Fi is fast (1Gb) on a mesh network.

I want help to get this to work or I’m selling the entire system and moving to Bose.
