I have a Play 1,3,5 and just changed my modem. None of my devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone 11) will reconnect.  I want to connect to new modem. Tried “factory reset” but did not work.  This must be a common problem.  Anyone out there who has solved it ?

You really shouldn’t have factory reset your equipment, it wasn’t necessary and now the terrible updated mobile app can’t get it all back. Is it a common problem? Yes. The mobile app is in a really bad state right now.


Since you wiped your system with the factory reset the simple solution, reuse your old SSID and password is gone, you will have to reinstall everything as a new system

If that doesn't work check support here for WiFi settings and incompatible hardware.
