Can't unsubscribe from product updates

When trying to unsubscribed, even when signed in, I get.

 

You've just sent a bad request

There was a problem with your request. Please try again.
 
Had this for weeks.

    Very vague post. However you have the option in the App to turn off auto-updates. Is that where you are seeing the error? Also a screenshot of what you are seeing would be helpful.

      I think OP is trying to unsubscribe from e-mail updates?

      Yeah, sorry email updates.

      The link in the email states “Unsubscribe from product updates” and links to this page 

      Clicking the “unsubscribe” button on that page generates an error.
