I have previously subscribed to Sonos Radio HD through Apple.

I purposely let that subscription expire, as I would prefer to subscribe direct through Sonos.  However, whn I log into Sonos on the web and go to Subscriptions, it says, “Looks like you already have an existing subscription to Radio HD through Apple. You can access that subscription through your Apple ID settings.”

Is there any way for me to migrate over to subsribing from Sonos directly?

I believe you need to contact Sales Team in this situation to take out a new Sonos Radio HD subscription directly with Sonos.
