I have a Gen 3 sub that didn’t finish the update initially and that started my issues.  When looking at others posts, I see a lot of people mentioning Gen 3 Subs.  If I unplug my sub, my hardware issues seem to go away.  Have other experienced the same thing?  Sonos needs to identify the real issue and correct it.

I also have eero router in my home mesh network.

If you are seeing rooms go on and off your app, can you try and unplug all of a certain type and see if your system become at least stable?

When I opened the app yesterday, I was greeted with a message that there was a new version I needed to download.  I thought, yes!, maybe they found the error and corrected it.

Nope.  Or at least not the error causing my issues with my sub.  Still crazy issues when the sub is connected.  Seems fine when the sub is not powered on.

I think I will officially give up for a little while and see if Sonos can get it together and fix these issues.  Very disappointing update from a company that makes products I really like.

I occurred to me that the room with the sub is the only room I have multiple devices grouped together.  Could it be an issue with having multiple devices?

Doesn’t seem to be generically multiple devices.  I made a stereo pair from 1 Play 1s and that seemed to work just fine.  It’s just the sub causing my problems.
