Hi, I’m in the process of buying a new home theater. I already have 6 other Sonos systems that I really liked when the app worked well (and I still like the sound but hate the erratic app). I already lost a beam soundbar that I is no longer recognized in my system even after getting Sonos tech support involved. I used to be a Bose customer - I will appreciate advice on if more experienced audiophiles would buy Sonos or recommend a competitor product today. Thanks in advance.

I don’t know your definition of “audiophile” but I switched from a rather nice (and rather expensive) Linn hifi and Pioneer home theatre system to Sonos and do not regret the switch. 


Top man nik9669a, I love my Sonos & would never  change, if Sonos has problems ( which they did) others will.


My wife would kill me if I suggested buying any other Sonos products after the app disaster. To say they have a LOT to do to even attempt to win back loyal customers is an understatement.
