I ordered my Arc on 9/21 and of this writing (11/26) it is still on backorder. Sonos customer support representatives, while very pleasant, have not been able to provide any potential shipping information. Are folks receiving their Arcs, and if so how long has it taken?

I’m afraid I can’t provide any specific information about order times here on the Community since this isn’t what this platform is used for, but I’ve checked on our current lead times, and placing an order for Arc today in the US seems to suggest a shipping date of December 31st. 

Does your original order confirmation email contain a suggested shipping date?

Thanks for the response. Yes, the suggested shipping date was 11/05.
