Apple Music 3 Months Trial for ERA buyers only?

Hi!

I purchased a Sonos Beam 2 last week.

After I set up the devise on the Sonos app but it didn’t have anything pop-up regarding to the apple music promo. I also checked my inbox on the app, there are nothing in my inbox. So I contacted customer support, but they answered that such promo is for ERA-buyers only? It it true? Cause I saw an ad on the website with description of Sonos Beam, that’s why I‘m confused.

According to the Beam’s product page on the Sonos website, it appears the Beam is eligible for the 3-month trial. If not, Sonos needs to fix their website:
