Heads up for anyone who had a perfectly good working sonos one speaker who had to update the app to continue using it. I did this and my speaker became unresponsive and therefore useless to me. After alot of conversation with sonos customer service the best they could offer me was 40% off a new sonos era 100 speaker if i returnedmy old one. I previously loved the sound quality of my sonos one speaker but im so annoyed with the service and the complete inability to resolve the situation and simply render my speaker done, that I'll probably stick to Bose products (which if they can't be fixed they will be replaced) and don't have to be constantly connected to the app to use. Extremely disappointing Goodbye Sonos
