The Sonos app has to be the worlds worse app! It drives me crazy to the point where I want to give up and sell my whole system! It’s so unbelievably slow, glitches, can’t connect speakers etc. please re-do the app asap!

Sorry to hear of these issues that you are having with your Sonos system.

I can see that you have not yet installed the latest release of the software for your speakers - please go to Settings icon » General Settings » System Updates » Check for Updates to do so. After, I recommend that you also visit the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and ensure that you also have the latest version of the app - the most recent version of which addresses the slow response times that you mention.

If the update does not help, I’d encourage you to please get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - they really can help, and not every issue is app-related!
