Agreed! Look it up and read it.

Here is a better one.

There’s a few on there, and they seem reasonably put together and not just click-bait nonsense.

I’m inclined to agree that in general I’m not bothered who a CEO is, and in the case of Musk I’d really like to be able to not know he existed.

I think the problem Sonos have that leads to people calling for his head is the lack of transparency and engagement with customers, still… In the absence of that what else can people do but get more and more angry as time goes on and it’s still not showing any sign of a breakthrough.

This morning there must be something up with the Sonos cloud so I’m greeted by…

I think what most here are really looking for is some clue as to what the main issues are, esp. with discovery and related lag issues so that we can help ourselves and each other without just guessing all the time. Systems that were working should still be working and the app UI should be a little more tolerant of failure modes, and perhaps not so ‘blank’ when encountering them…

As those articles correctly state, Sonos is not cheap enough to be throwaway, so there’s little real choice for people but to tough it out, however some actual engagement would go a long way IMO.

Staying power seems to be an apt song by coincidence …

No-one seems to have told Sonos though …

🤥

It’s been down since about 1:00am EST. What a steaming pile of trash this system has become.
