Alarm Functionality

1. Fade in volume and being able to set it based on time. Most alarms have this functionality already.

For your first point above, I’ve marked this thread as a feature request and forwarded it to the appropriate teams for consideration.

2. Allow alarms to play simultaneously on multiple zones.

This is already possible within the Sonos App. You can either create a speaker group and have it play a single alarm that you’ve set, or you can create two different alarms at the same time with different room targets, but it must have a different music service source.

Unless I misunderstood, feel free to reply here with more information in regard to your second point.

I think what OP is asking for is to set an alarm for a predefined Group (I would like this also 😀)

You can manually create a group pre alarm, and set the alarm to play to a room that is in the group using ‘Include Grouped Rooms’, that works fine. But if the Groups are changed during the period before next alarm, the alarm will play in re grouped room.

There is an option in App to create ‘Group’ ‘to create a preset selection of products that can be quickly selected by name’ but these ‘Groups’ don’t appear in Alarms.

I would also like to see ‘Groups’ extended with a mood/scene, where Groups can have predefined volume levels, and Alarms could set a ‘mood’ or ‘scene’ not just play a music source.
