I’ve had Sonos installed on my Macbook for several years without problems such as this. However, having had a clean install of Mac-OS Catalina and reinstalled the Sonos app, I cannot gain access to my music library. A flag tells me that access is denied. I’ve searched everywhere for a solution but without success. Any help would be appreciated.

Here are the Sonos details:

If you are sharing the library over SMB you need to enable version one connections, Sonos requires that.

If that isn’t the issue submit a diagnostic and send the ID number and problem description to Sonos support.

Perhaps see this thread for granting Sonos library/disk access with the Catalina OS…
