Hello from France,

When you put the soundbar at the front, all works well.

When you put the soundbar at the back, the L/R audio are inverted.

Is there any feature to revert the audio channel for a entire room ?

If not, how to ask for a new feature ? This could be useful.

Best regards,

Hi @Julien75013

My apologies - the Arc is performing as designed.

The best way to make a feature request is to simply ask for the feature here on the community - exactly as you have done. When your request is read by a moderator, we’ll identify it as such and manually add a moderator tag (invisible to you) marking the thread as a feature request, also letting you know we have done so. This reply usually ends up as the Best Answer on the thread because it is our response to your request for a new feature to be added.

Next, a member or our product development team can simply generate a report of all thusly tagged threads and go through them for assessment. An important part of this assessment will be “will this feature, if added, cause more issues for people who don’t need it, than it fixes issues for people who do?” If the answer is “yes”, then the feature is unlikely to be added - unless trends change. What we don’t want is to have so many options in the app settings that people find it difficult to properly configure their systems.

We do value all the feedback we receive, however, and if interest in a particular feature grows (you are not the first to suggest flipping the channel chirality, and with the use of projectors on the rise, there may be many more) then it may indeed be implemented in the future.

Good, detailed answer, @Corry P. Why not close the thread now?
