Why is the software so crap?

Sonos products work intermittently. I had given up on connecting to my imported itunes library then for a period of two weeks it worked, today it does not work again. The connection of my laptop to my home network has always been stable, the stupid software doesn't play the audio

Whilst it may not be what you want to hear, it’s more likely to be a network issue.
