turn off hearing aids prior to trueplay tuning

In the past I’ve had trouble getting truplay to work with my iPhone 13 but finally figured out that because I wear hearing aids, evidently it was using the microphone on my hearing aids instead of my iPhone so it would never complete the process. Once I shut off my hearing aids truplay worked fine with my iPhone.

Hopefully this helps if someone is having the same issue.

    Interesting observation. It could be that an active Bluetooth receiver upsets Trueplay’s use of the microphone.
