Trueplay - Surround Distance Isn’t Accurate

My left surround is 2 feet away and my right is more than 10 feet away.

After doing Trueplay, both surrounds show more than 10 feet away.

Any idea why the surround distance isn’t accurate when doing Trueplay tuning on iPhone?

Hi @S McNally

Sorry for the delay - I was on holiday.

Yes - you can send the pictures to community@sonos.com and I’ll be able to relay them on for you.

It's done i sent my pictures

And please can you remember it makes no sense for Android users with quick trueplay to not bé able to adjust surround distance because the process on Android doesn't use microphone to locate your listening position....

Confirming I’m also experiencing this issue. The sound from the front sounds much better with trueplay, but the surrounds are far too loud. I need to turn off trueplay because of it, even with surround turned down to -15 when trueplay is on. It would be perfect if we could enable trueplay and control the surround distance. I essentially sit right in front of the right surround because of our living room.
