Sonos Radio fails after Asus router update and AI Advertisement Blocking enabled

I installed a recent ASUS firmware update on my router and was having issues getting Sonos Radio to play on my Era100s.

Spotify worked, bluetooth worked, but radio on rare occasions would work for a bit, but usually would fail with messages like “Couldn’t play content”.

I know I went into all the Asus router settings after installing the firmware update, and being cautious I enable all the available “AiProtections” to active in the router.

Turns out the “Advertisement Blocking” makes Sonos radio unworkable.
