Hi @Gavin7,

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve having trouble connecting using your iPhone.

When you open the Sonos app on your iPhone, do you see an error message that says “No products found” or “Unable to connect”, or does the Sonos app not open at all? If you’re seeing an error, then I’d recommend following the steps in this support article.

If the app doesn’t open all, then please make sure your iPhone meets our app requirements and you’ve enabled the relevant app permissions in your iPhone’s settings. Also, if you use a different controller, such as the Desktop or Mac controller, are you able to connect to your system?

If the above steps don’t resolve this issue for you, then please reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting, as they have the necessary tools available to assist you.

I hope this helps!
